Awning Accessories
All of our Retractable Awnings are American Made and that means you have excellent options to personalize your awning experience even more. These additional accessories allow you to easily and independently control or automate the use of your Retractable Awning. These accessories can be ordered at the time of purchase or added on at a future date. What ever you decide, awning accessories are a great addition to any installation.
Wind Sensors
We recommend installing a Wind Sensor on all of our installations. Once installed on the front bar of your Retractable Awnings, the wind sensor will retract your Awning into the closed position if it gets too windy. The typical sensor is set to 25-35 MPH at the time of installation. It’s that simple!
You can rest and have piece of mind knowing that your Retractable Awning will retract back in the event you are out running errands or working.
All Weather Hood
Depending on the awning model you choose for your home, you will have an option to include a protective aluminum all weather hood. When your Retractable Awning is in the closed position, the All Weather Aluminum Hood will protect your fabric from the elements and falling debris. Your fabric is protected at all times.
Cassetted Awnings
If you are a discerning person with a certain taste for clean lines and you have a palette for modern design and décor, the Casetted Awning option might be the best for you. A Cassetted Awning is the most high-end finishing option for an Awning installation. With this Awning option, there will be no visible fabric showing when the Awning is in the closed position. The entire hardware, arms and fabric are retracted into a housing cassette.
